edutech organisation, for imparting learning and developing various educational and

extracurricular skills. In order to ensure a firm commitment to your privacy as well as the

protection of your information, the following privacy policy is being published in accordance

with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology

(Intermediary Guidelines) Rules,

This Privacy Policy explains the policy for the usage of/interaction with the application

“RAJA” (hereinafter referred to as "App"), the website www.rajaedutech.com (hereinafter

referred to as “website”) and other associated applications, products, websites and services

managed by M/s RAJA EDUTECH, with respect to the disclosure, collection, storage, usage

and protection of your information during the course of your interaction with the Website and

the App.

Kindly read and understand the privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy“) carefully

before interacting with the Website, the App or any associated applications or websites

(hereinafter collectively referred to as

“Platform”), in consonance with the Terms and

Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) provided. Your use and/or continued use of the

Website, Application, or any connected/related services, shall signify your acceptance to the

terms and conditions of this policy and the consent to the collection, storage and use of

information relating to you as provided herein.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

EDUTECH and as available through various online stores for the applicable software.

“Firm” or “RAJA” shall mean the firm M/s RAJA EDUTECH, a Partnership firm

registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, having its office at 256, Chaura

Rasta, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India - 302003.

“Personal Identifiable Information” (PII) shall mean any information which can be

potentially used to identify a person.

“Platform” shall include the website, the app and any other related domains used by

M/s RAJA EDUTECH to provide its products or services to the users.

“Policy” shall mean this policy including the recitals as well as all the clauses present,

amendments and further developments to this document to be read with in consonance

of the Terms and Conditions.

“Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions of usage as provided on

“Personal Identifiable Information” shall mean the information which identifies the User

including but not limited to Name of the user, Date of birth, Gender, Demographic

information, E-mail address, Contact number, Banking details, Geographic location and

Mailing address.

a. In order to access all the features, you shall first register on the platform and create an

account. In the process you may be required to provide Personal Identifiable

Information as may be requested, including Name of the user, Date of birth, Gender,

Demographic information, E-mail address, Contact number, Banking details,

Geographic location and Mailing address,

b. You may from time to time choose to provide payment related financial information

(credit card, debit card, bank account details, billing address etc.) on the Site / App.

We Do not store any payment information at our end. The firm is committed to

keeping all such sensitive data/information safe at all times and ensure that such

data/information is only transacted over secure Site of approved payment gateways

which are digitally encrypted, and provide the highest possible degree of care

available under the technology presently in use.

By registering on the Platform, you agree and confirm your consent to providing

RAJA with the aforementioned personal identifiable information, which is lawful,

necessary and permissible. You at all times have the right to discontinue the use of the

Platform. The firm is not liable to provide you with its Services in the absence of or

your refusal to provide the aforesaid information. Additionally, RAJA is not liable to

ensure or maintain the same quality of its Services to you, as it may for a user who

provides all aforementioned information.

Any information provided by you that is not personal identifiable information shall

become part of the firm’s published content. RAJA may use the aforementioned

information without your consent for purposes including but not limited to improving

its products and services, developing new products and services and sending you

messages about promotions and offers.

During the course of interaction with the platform the system of the platform or

certain third party advertisers and/or service providers may use technologies that

automatically collect information about you for both transactional (e.g., confirmation

of registration, notification of purchase made, etc.) and promotional (e.g., promotions,

newsletters, etc.) purposes. This may include Log files, Mobile device, Cookies, Web

beacons, Mobile analytics, Purchase/Payment information and likewise.

The aforementioned information in case collected by the platform shall only be used

to communicate with and/or improve the Service and to better understand our users'

operating systems, for system administration and to audit the use of the Service. The

firm does not use any of the aforesaid data to identify the name, address or other

personal details of any individual.

The firm shall not be liable or responsible for any action or omission by any third

provided by you due to the existing open internet environment and present regulatory

framework. In the event any third party unlawfully intercepts or accesses

transmissions or private communications, or members may abuse or misuse your

information that they collect from our Website, we do not promise, and you should

not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications

would always remain private, therefore the firm shall under no such case be held

liable or responsible.

ACCESS TO THE USERAfter registration, you can review and change the

information you submitted as and when required. If you change any information we

may keep track of your old information. You can change your registration information

such as: name, address, city, state, zip code, country, contact number.

k. We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain

circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our

terms and conditions. Further, such prior information may never be completely

removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored

'back up' systems.

USER PASSWORD

a. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP. It is

important that you protect and keep your OTP and mobile, computer secure by

signing out after using our services.

b. You agree not to use the account, username, email address or OTP/password of

another Member at any time or to disclose your OTP/password to any third party. If

you choose to share this information with third parties to provide you additional

services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and

OTP/password and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. You are

responsible for all actions taken with your login information and OTP/password,

including fees. If you lose control of your OTP/password, you may lose substantial

control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally

binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your OTP/password has been

compromised for any reason, you should immediately login again with new

OTP/password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any consistent

unauthorized use of your account or access to your OTP/password even after

changing it.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary for our business

purposes or for legal requirements. The firm reserves the right to change the

aforementioned as per the legal requirements and business feasibility.

CONSENT

a third party by you without our prior written consent. Any failure to abide by the

aforementioned shall result in severe damages to the firm, which shall be directly

recoverable from you along with the costs incurred.

a. We take the security of your personal information seriously and use appropriate

technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against

unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or

damage.

b. Transactions on the Website are secure and protected. Any information entered by the

User when transacting on the Website is encrypted to protect the User against

unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User’s credit and debit card information

is not received, stored by or retained by the Company / Website in any manner. This

information is supplied by the User directly to the relevant payment gateway which is

authorized to handle the information provided, and is compliant with the regulations

and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is

associated with.

c. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely

secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot

guarantee the security of your data which is transmitted to or from the Service. Any

transmission is at your own risk.

11. AMENDMENTS

The firm may amend the Privacy Policy posted on the Website from time to time at its

sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the Platform or Services thereof,

constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. Your access and use of the Platform and

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes involving but not limited to rights conferred, compensation, refunds, and

other claims through this policy shall be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute

Resolution mechanism.

a. Mediation: In case of a dispute, the matter shall first be attempted to be resolved by a

sole mediator who is a neutral third party and will be selected at the mutual

acceptance of a proposed mediator by both parties. Both parties may raise a name for

sole mediator and in case both parties accept the proposed name, the said person shall

be appointed as sole mediator. In any case the parties are not able to reach a

consensus within two proposed mediators, the firm reserves the right to decide who

the final mediator is. The decision of the mediator is not binding on both parties;

however the parties in good faith will attempt to bind by the decision.

b. Arbitration: In case that mediation does not yield a result suitable or preferred by any

one of the parties, arbitration may follow, the award of which is binding on both

parties. There shall be a sole arbitrator appointed by a mutual consent of both the

parties. Arbitration shall be held at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The proceedings of

arbitration shall be in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and

binding on the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by this two-step Alternate

Dispute Resolution mechanism, it shall be referred to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan,

India.
